The Sniper – Archer Attack (Guide)
So you’re looking for Farming bases that keep the Town Hall outside when all of a Sudden, you get a Dead Base full of Gold, Elixir and even Dark Elixir. The first thing you want to do is NOT panic! As long as you have a few archers you’ll be fine. Start by using the 30 Second Rule and assess the base. Ask yourself which pumps or mines can be reached safely with an Archer Attack? Then look at where you should focus the waves of troops most Effectively. Try to stay away from Mortars and Wizard Towers.
Here are the tactics you should use when you’re limited on troops, but want to get as much Gold, Elixir and DE (Dark Elixir). After deploying a single Archer and Sniping the distant Mines. Locate the other mines and pumps furthest from the Mortars and Wizard Towers. I repeat, Stay away from the Wizard Towers and Mortars. Deploy 3-5 Barbarians first and follow them by 7-10 Archers they will be able to destroy a pump or mine even if there’s an Archer tower or Cannon in range.
When it’s time to getting loot that’s close to Mortars and Wiz Towers, here is when it gets a little bit more nerve racking. Use the same strategy as above, by deploying a few Barbs first and spreading the Archers out in case they get targeted. This way they don’t all get killed by a single shot. Deploy more Barbs before the first wave dies to keep the defenses occupied and not kill your squishy Archers. Since you’re low on troops, only deploy enough to get the majority of the Loot. Only attempt to destroy the building if it will get you a win, otherwise use the remaining troops to target another pump or mine.
